The Syn-Files

Investigate the Synty community and solve a murder in a creepy mansion where deadly traps are trying to kill you at every corner.

For my second jam, I spent a week working  solo in Unreal 5.2 to make The Syn-Files. 

The asset files for the newest pack have been stolen, and the community has followed an anonymous tip to an odd property expecting to be able to retrieve them. But now, one member of the community has been brutally murdered, and you need to solve that murder while keeping an eye for the missing files and dealing with deadly traps.

The Syn-Files is a first person investigation exploration game. Find clues, avoid deadly traps, collect missing asset files and talk to members of the community to hear who they don't trust. When you're ready, make an arrest!

I really hope you enjoy this little project, as I had a blast making it! You need to play with mouse and keyboard, and there's a stupid bug right at the start,  it won't break anything, but it's best if you click CONTINUE before proceeding with other conversation topics.
