Reign of the Imperaptors

I've just come out of my third jam in which I spent a week working  solo in Unreal 5.2 to make Reign of the Imperaptors which was supposed to be my entry for the Epic Megajam 2023, but I unfortunately missed the deadline by a little less than a day.

Of course, I still had a lot of fun making this prototype and have now officially added it to the list of ongoing projects, because I clearly can't help myself.

The initial idea had barely any meat to it and I was really happy the game jam theme 'Antiquated Future' gave me the opportunity to better define what I could do with it. The result is a prisoner simulation where you're being held captive by roman raptors, giving a Planet of the Apes vibe. With time I'm hoping to grow this into a immersive sim, which is pretty exciting!

The game can be played with either mouse\keyboard or controller, but you'll need a mouse for the menus.

I really hope you enjoy this little prototype, despite the numerous bugs, so here are a couple of know issues:

* best not try to prevent npcs from navigating the environment
* best not try to move the camera during fades

Other than that, it should be only minor bugs.
