Rough Angeles

Play as a broken, yet tough private eye in a noir and vintage North American city.

This project was done solo in 12 days in Unreal 5.2, for the latest Synty Game Jam. The theme was 'Unllikely Allies'.

Rough Angeles is a first person investigation exploration stealth game. 
Survive encounters with gangsters, collect funds to follow leads, take pictures of persons of interest, sneak your way in restricted locations and gather the evidence to solve the case.

As usual, this was a blast to make! 
Unfortunately, a last minute bug before the deadline currently breaks the conclusion. You still get to play 95% of the game as intended, but won't be able to win and resolve the final step of the case at the moment, you'll have to pretend win.

I'll fix this as soon as possible!

KNOW ISSUES
---------------------
- Best played in 1920 x 1080 or similar ratio
- Best to wait for the objectives to trigger even if you already know what to do
- Camera lets you zoom through collisions, handle with care
- There is no restrictions to the number of pictures that can be taken, which I understand might impact the memory if you take a huge number
